Spring has sprung, summer is near and so begins the Yard of the Month Contest!  The YOM is awarded each month from May to September. Winners are determined the first week of the month following the contest month (ie May winner determined first week of June).

Unfortunately Mission Gardens, our sponsor for the past two years, has not opened for the 2021 season – so we will not be awarding gift certificates to monthly winners, but the winning home will receive special recognition.  Keep in mind that a GRAND PRIZE winner is drawn from the five monthly winners during the Annual HOA Meeting in October and receives a 50% discount on 2022 HOA dues!
