ANNUAL HOA MEETING: New this year, our Annual HOA Meeting will be hosted virtually via Zoom. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines, it is not reasonable or feasible to meet in person. Please watch your email for more information on a meeting date announcement.
YARD WASTE PICKUP: Waste Management has put a hold on Yard Waste pickup until the week of September 7th. In the meantime, they will accept Yard Waste in your trash container only if they are in the brown paper yard waste bags AND your trash container lid can still close.
GOT YARD WASTE? If you currently have any yard waste that you would like to dispose of, I (Nikki) am considering taking a load to the Suburban Lawn & Garden Yard Waste dropoff in Martin City, if there is any interest. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL ASAP if you have any yard waste you would like to get off your property. I don’t have a truck for this endeavor, but I do have a small boat/trailer that I’ve used several times in the past. Of course, if anyone has a truck and would like to help, I’m all ears…
