Hampton Park Neighborhood News - October 2020

Annual Homeowners association meeting

Our annual HOA meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday October 26th at
7pm. Your attendance is highly encouraged as we will present financials and
vote on officers for 2021. This is also your opportunity to voice any concerns
you have. Due to COVID, the Board members believe it is in the best interest

of our neighborhood to host our meeting virtually so that we do not violate social distancing guidelines. We strongly encourage members of the same

household to log on to one devise (where possible) due to a limited number of possible attendees. Please join us to see what 2021 has in store for HamptonPark.

Reminder that Home owners association dues invoices will be sent out via email on December 1st. these are due on December 31st and late fees will be assessed on January 2nd.

Yard Waste Collection by waste management
As we begin to do our final yard clean up for this beautiful fall that we are having, please keep these tips from Waste Management regarding yard waste collection in mind

  • Yard waste should be placed in paper biodegradable bags with a maximum
    weight of 50lbs.
  • Limbs and twigs should be bundled, tied with twine, to allow easy handling by
    their drivers.
  • Bundles must be no longer than 4ft. In length and 18in. in diameter.
  • Logs/firewood, railroad ties, landscape timbers and any type of treated wood or construction/remodeling debris, etc. are not acceptable yard waste materials.
